Production & Shipping
Pilot Logbooks
Logbook binders are in stock for immediate shipment. Standard (non-rush) orders are processed within 2-3 days. For urgent situations we offer RUSH processing (same day order processing/next day shipping). A $39 rush fee applies. Rush processing is NOT the same as express shipping (which is UPS time in transit). Shipping transit time depends on type of service chosen and your location. Consider both processing time and shipping/transit time when estimating when your package will arrive.
Our default shipping carrier is UPS ground. Ground shipments within Florida generally arrive in one day. For shipments to west coast, expect 4-5 days transit and 2-3 days for northeast and central states. UPS express 2-day and overnight service is available when ordering. We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii but can also ship UPS Express if requested. International shipping is available to most countries via UPS International express. Legal & Financial Planning Portfolios
Estate Planning Portfolios are available in stock in Navy with silver stamping. Other colors are available (see Custom Orders, below). Stock estate planning binders usually ship within 2-3 business days and are sent UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Estate Planning Portfolios can be customized with your firm logo (a logo die will be required). Contact us for details. (386 462-0028.
Custom Made Legal and Business Binders
If you can envision it, we can create it. We produce custom binders for any business application. You choose the material, color, ring size and style, and other design options. Options include front and rear pockets, business card holders, stitching, metal corners, clear plastic spine pockets and more. Names and logos can be foil stamped in silver or gold, or screen printed in any color. Minimum 100 units. Allow 4-5 weeks production time. /
Return Policy
Returns:
We expect a 100% satisfaction rating. If you are dissatisfied with any stock order, you can return the item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for stock items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are exchanging a stock product due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will send a replacement at our cost or credit your account.
Custom and personalized orders are not returnable. Defective custom items, or those damaged in shipment, may be returned. Please let us know if you prefer that we issue a refund for the damaged items or issue a credit to your account.
